Created in 1887 by the baker Jozsef Dobos, the over-the-top, 7 layer Dobos torte combines elegance and sinfulness with layers of sponge cake and buttercream filling, iced in rich chocolate. Makes a perfect hostess gift. Includes 2 tortes, one pound each and serves 8-12. Kosher, Parve.
