Due to the nature of the products we sell, products generally cannot be returned once they have been delivered. We can however determine refunds on a case by case basis, following the guidelines of standard kosher food practices.

Please check your order carefully upon receipt. If you feel that any item you received is not in appropriate condition, not within a reasonable range of weight, or not what you ordered (or a comparable substitute), please contact us. 

Please do not discard any product or packaging until you have contacted us (if we sent the wrong item, we may ask you to hold it until we can arrange for a pick-up). It’s also a great idea to take a picture of anything you want us to know about (good or bad).
